Do my guests need to download an app?+
No. They scan the QR code with their phone's camera and the event camera opens in the browser. They type a first name and start shooting.
Does it work on both iPhone and Android?+
Yes — any reasonably recent phone with a web browser. Photos taken in Apple's HEIC format are converted automatically so everyone can upload.
What is included in the free trial?+
Everything, for 30 days and up to 15 guests — enough to test it properly or run a small gathering. No card is needed.
How does paying work?+
You pay once for your event, by its size. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Payments are handled securely by our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy.
Who can see the photos?+
Only you, as the host, can see every photo. Each guest can see — and delete — only the photos they took themselves.
What if the venue has terrible wifi?+
That is exactly what it was built for. Photos are kept safely on the guest's phone and upload automatically once a connection comes back.
Can I remove a photo?+
Yes. You can delete any photo from your dashboard, and guests can delete their own. Deleted means deleted — the file is removed from storage, not just hidden.
